Monthly Delivery Structure
IIn-Person Sessions: Exclusive 1-on-1 personal coaching sessions (1-hour minimum). To ensure dedicated planning, all sessions must be scheduled and confirmed prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
Virtual Coaching: Available in 30-minute increments through video or audio calls. You have the flexibility to schedule in advance or on short notice for urgent needs.
Weekly Check-Ins: Fully personalized digital check-ins. Through targeted questions and data-driven feedback, we track your progress, identify roadblocks, and make timely adjustments to your strategy.
- Additional sessions are available in one-hour increments and are subject to the 60-day expiration policy.
- All services outside of scheduled sessions are conducted within the training app and are subject to the Five Fold Cancellation, Expiration, and Refund Policy.
