A family-focused trainer, nutrition coach, and behavior-change specialist — working with athletes and everyday people in Hamilton, Liberty Township, and over a screen.

I'm Mike — a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and behavior-change specialist with over fourteen years of coaching practice and a Psychology degree from Miami University.

The work I do is rarely about a single workout or a single meal. It's about the routine you can keep when nobody's watching — and the small, persistent adjustments that move you forward.
