Cancellation, expiration, and the fine print.

All purchases — sessions, subscriptions, programs — are subject to the policies below. They exist to keep scheduling fair to everyone and to keep the service sustainable.

Cancellation, Expiration & Refund Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and availability to all clients, the following policies apply to all scheduled in-person sessions and services.

  • General cancellations. No cancellation fee for changes made with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Late cancellations. Less than 24 hours' notice results in a 50% charge of the session cost. Less than 12 hours' notice — or a no-show — results in a 100% charge.
  • Emergencies. Reach out as soon as possible to discuss unexpected situations.
  • Coach cancellations. If the coach must cancel, you'll be notified as soon as possible and the session will be rescheduled without penalty.
  • 60-day expiration. All funds expire 60 days from the date of payment. Any funds not utilized within this period are forfeited.
  • Monthly subscription exception. Sessions included in monthly programs must be utilized within the current billing cycle and do not roll over. They are not subject to the 60-day expiration policy and expire immediately at the conclusion of the billing period.
  • No refunds. There are no credits or refunds. A remaining balance may be transferable to another individual prior to the expiration date.

Media Notification & Usage

Five Fold Training & Nutrition is a content-active environment. By participating in training sessions, the client acknowledges that photography and video recording occur regularly for the following purposes:

  • Marketing & promotion. Usage on social media, websites, and promotional materials to showcase training techniques and business activity.
  • Educational content. Demonstrating proper form, athletic milestones, or day-in-the-life coaching scenarios.
  • Intellectual property. All media captured by the coach remains the sole property of Five Fold Training & Nutrition. The client waives any right to royalties or compensation.
  • Client preferences & dignity. While media capture is standard, the coach will respect individual privacy. If a client prefers not to be filmed during a specific session, they must notify the coach prior to the start of that session.

App Usage & Access

Five Fold Training & Nutrition utilizes a proprietary app for coaching delivery, data tracking, and communication. Access is tiered based on your service agreement.

  • Training clients. Includes coaching/programming and activity logging.
  • In-person training. App usage is optional. Requires a minimum of 4 sessions per month to maintain active app status at no cost.
  • Virtual training. Full access provided via active monthly subscription.
  • Nutrition clients. Includes food journaling and macro tracking. Guidance is provided within the app; hybrid sessions are available at a discounted rate.
  • Active app status. All clients with active app status receive Messaging, Progress Photos, Tasks, and Metrics.
  • Termination of access. All features (excluding Messaging) deactivate immediately at the conclusion of a subscription period — or if in-person attendance falls below the 4-session monthly minimum.
